A resort complex centered around a converted mansion, formerly the home of the Domecq sherry dynasty, next to the prestigious Valderrama golf course and just one kilometre from the beaches of Sotogrande on the Andalucian coast. Among cobbled courtyards and Moorish arcades, the 50 guestrooms and 50 hacienda-style suites employ local materials such as stone, terracotta, oak and cork to create a luxurious but distinctively Andalucian style. All rooms have either shady private patios or balconies with views over the pool, golf course or the hills.
