The NH Villa de Bilbao is situated on Bilbao's main street, next to the Feria de Muestras (Business Fair Grounds) and 500 meters from Frank Gehry's gleaming Guggenheim Museum building. The 142 guestrooms look out on to the main road. They have been furnished in a highly modern style, using bright shades of yellows and blues and wooden furniture. All have bathrobes, complimentary newspapers and toiletries and a pillow menu.
The hotel's restaurant, La Pergola, serves modern Basque food in a quiet setting; the bar has glossy marble floors and bright turquoise armchairs. Other amenities include conference rooms, currency exchange, laundry and dry cleaning services, room service and the use of a fitness center. The hotel is seven kilometers from the airport; taxis are available at the airport, and buses run every 30 minutes to and from Plaza Moyúa and the airport non-stop. Bilbao has good public transport (metro, buses and a light rail system), but guests are centrally enough located to cover most of Bilbao on foot.

From Bilbao Sondica Airport:
Take the motorway in the direction of Bilbao. Then take the exit for Bilbao Oeste and follow signs for Sagrado Corazon. In front of that monument, turn right onto Gran Via where your hotel is located. |
