The family-friendly Magic Villa del Mar is a nine-storey hotel located right on the seafront across the street from Poniente Beach, 500 metres from Benidorm's harbour and within a kilometre of the old town. The 108 air- conditioned guestrooms feature modern décor in cool whites with rich-coloured soft furnishings. All rooms have satellite television, direct-dial telephones and mini refrigerators. The all-inclusive room rate incorporates all meals, drinks, snacks and activities at the hotel.
Guests can soak up the Mediterranean sunshine on the terraces surrounding the pool and enjoy a drink from the bar, while younger guests are kept busy in the play area with kid's club activities. The fitness centre incorporates a gym, sauna and hot tub, and there are two bars and television lounges with daily English language film screenings. During the day activities on offer include rifle shooting, pool games, bowls, darts and board games. The hotel has two bars and buffet breakfasts, lunches and dinners are on offer in the relaxed restaurant, which also caters from children and vegetarians. Evening entertainment comes in the form of dancing and quiz nights, and guests can also experience the medieval theme night, complete with jousting displays, at the neighbouring Excalibur complex. The front desk is open round the clock and has a safe for valuables. A free shuttle bus connects the hotel with the nine other Magic hotels in the vicinity. The hotel is just a short stroll from the sandy beach and is close to many of the town's key attractions with Benidorm Palace, Mundomar and Aqualandia all within three kilometres. Alicante airport is 45 kilometres and approximately a 50- minute drive away.

Driving Directions
A shuttle service runs between the airport and central Benidorm, costing 6 EUR each way. A taxi from the airport to the hotel will cost round 55 EUR.
From the airport follow the motorway towards Valencia and leave at the Benidorm exit. |
