The Best Western Premier Dante Hotel is a seven-floor hotel, serviced by an elevator, in the heart of Barcelona's Eixample district, just five blocks from the shops and Gaudi buildings of the Paseo de Gracia. The 81 air-conditioned guestrooms have neutral décor and wooden furniture. All include bathrobes and minibars and are equipped with direct-dial phones, cable television and high speed Internet connections.
Guests can start the day with a buffet breakfast (fee), enjoy drinks and snacks in the bar, and access the Internet in public areas. There are three function rooms for meetings and banquets with business services on offer. Childcare is available and guests can take advantage of limited hours room service as well as make use of a nearby fitness centre. Art lovers can visit the Picasso Museum as well as the Miro Museum, both two kilometres from the hotel, while sightseers are approximately one kilometre from the old Town, the cathedral and Gaudi's unfinished masterpiece, La Sagrada Familia. The hotel is approximately 18 kilometres, or a 35-minute drive from Barcelona Airport. There are train services from the airport to the city centre every 30 minutes. There is also an Aerobus service to Plaça de Catalunya, which also stops at the University, five blocks away, every 12 minutes. Taxis are available in front of the airport terminals. The nearest metro station is Hospital Clinic, five blocks away.

| Driving Directions
From Barcelona Airport take the C-31 into Barcelona and continue along Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes before turning left onto Placa de Tetuan. At the roundabout take the second exit and continue along Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes for 300 metres before turning left onto Carrer de Sicília and left onto Carrer de Mallorca, on which the hotel is located. |
