Captain Oliver's Resort sits along Oyster Pond in Saint Martin, Netherlands Antilles. Oyster Pond's northeastern shoreline represents the boundary between the French and Dutch sides of the Antilles island in the Caribbean Sea, making it the only property in the world partially on French soil and partially over Dutch waters.
In minutes, the hotel's complimentary water taxi takes guests across the bay to the white powdery sands of Dawn Beach, for sand, sunbathing and snorkeling activities. Captain Oliver's Resort features an outdoor pool made of glass, known as the "people aquarium." The pool deck extends over the lagoon, with poolside cocktail service available from the Iguana Bar.
