The Caesar Augustus Hotel is a top-class hotel situated high up on the Isle of Capri hugging the cliffs 1000 feet above the bay of Naples. From its vantage point it commands panoramic views including sights such as Mount Vesuvius, Sorrento, Ischia and the Isle of Capri below. There are 56 guestrooms in total all with air- conditioning and the comfort of slippers and bathrobes. Each room has either a balcony or a terrace from which to enjoy the stunning views. Individually-decorated guestrooms have classical touches and tiled floors. Features include direct-dial phones, cable television, dial-up and wireless Internet connections, and minibars. Guests can unwind with this view accompanied by drinks available from the poolside bar. Massages can be enjoyed in one of the treatment rooms or in room, as well as room service for those preferring to order up refreshment. Free parking is also available to guests with own vehicles. Energetic guests can ascend the Phoenician stairway to the top of Mount Solaro 1.5 kilometres away, while those seeking to unwind can descend to explore the beaches offered by Marina Piccola, 2 kilometres away. The wonder of the natural arch 3.5 kilometres away should not be missed. Approximate journey time from Naples Airport (including ferry) is 90 minutes and distance is 50 kilometres.

| Driving Directions
A complimentary private shuttle bus offers a service to and from the port. From Naples airport take the A56 and leave at Exit 12. Turn right onto Via Campana/SP47 and follow signs for the port. A boat links Pozzuoli with Ischia and another boat connects to Capri. Turn right onto Via Cristoforo Colombo then right onto, Via Marina Grande/SP66. Turn right onto Via Provinciale Anacapri/SP22 and right again onto Via Giuseppe Orlandi on which the hotel is located. |
