The Pallini Beach Hotel is a secluded holiday beach resort set in lush gardens next to the white sandy beach on east coast of Halkidiki's Kassandra peninsula. The hotel's 484 guestrooms and bungalows feature balconies and terraces, most with sea views; all include air conditioning, satellite television, minibars and direct- dial phones.
Guests have a number of dining options to choose from, from formal lunch and dinner at the Akrogiali Taverna, where an a la carte menu serves fresh fish and Greek specialities, to the self-service restaurant that serves Greek favourites. The hotel's main restaurant looks out on the sea and the pool and food is served as a buffet. The hotel's bars include the piano bar where live music is regularly performed. In the evening, the indoor swimming pool with glass dome becomes a disco and bar. Entertainment is also put on by the staff for families to enjoy. The hotel has a large outdoor sea-water pool with a shallow section for children. Sunbeds, parasols and gardens surround it for those that want to sunbathe. Within 100 metres is a sandy beach that the hotel has private access to; two beachside bars also private guests with drinks and cocktails. Also, an open-air cinema runs through the summer months. The hotel's sister hotel is connected to the Pallini by the beach and guests can enjoy facilities there also. Places to visit whilst in the area include the busy resort town of Kallithea, which has many restaurants and nightspots, two kilometres from the hotel. Six kilometres from the hotel is Afitos, a village that has retained the character of its early origins and an interesting place to explore. Thessaloniki Airport is 70 kilometres from the hotel.

Driving Directions
A bus runs from the airport to Halkidiki bus station. From there, another bus runs to Kallithea (approx. 2 hour journey). A typical taxi fare is 50 EUR. The nearest train station to the hotel is at Thessaloniki 80 kilometres away.
Driving directions: From the airport, follow signed directions for Halkidiki and the town of Nea Moudania. Continue along the motorway for about 60 kilometres and cross over the bridge of the Potidea canal. Continue straight on and 2 kilometres after the resort of Kallithea you will arrive at the Athos Palace & Pallini Beach Hotel complex. |
