Set at the bottom of the ski slopes in the resort of Arc 1800, the wood-built Hotel du Golf is surrounded by pine trees and looks out onto Mont Blanc. The 239 guestrooms have simple functional decor, cable TV and private bathrooms. South-facing rooms have balconies, while north-facing rooms have views of Mont Blanc. The hotel has direct access to the slopes on skis.
The property's two restaurants and bars offer guests a range of eating and dining options, while the onsite disco adds to the après-ski activities. Less hectic relaxation can be found in the form of the hotel's sauna and beauty centre. During the summer season the hotel offers a range of activities, including an 18-hole golf course, mountain hiking, themed mountain tours and rock climbing. There is a nearby swimming centre with a large pool, water slide and paddling pool. Horse riding is available nearby, and the hotel has twenty tennis courts (fee). The hotel is also in one of the largest ski areas in the Alps, with winter access to 3700 hectares of ski area. The linkage with the resorts of Les Arcs and La Plagne means guests can enjoy 425 kilometres of downhill runs, and 158 kilometres of cross-country skiing. The hotel is 200 kilometres from Lyon Saint-Exupery Airport, and 166 kilometres from Geneva International Airport.

On arrival day (single-week stay), room keys can only be collected after 5 PM and must be returned by 10 AM on the day of departure. Please notify the residence directly if you will be arriving after these specified times.

Driving Directions
Geneva airport railway station is 300 metres from the Departures and Arrivals floors. Aero Ski Bus provides services from Geneva International Airport to many of the French ski stations. There is a train station at Bourg- Saint-Maurice, 16 kilometres away.
Driving directions: Take the motorway to Albertville, followed by the motorway to Moûtiers. From there, take the RN 90 to Bourg-Saint-Maurice, and once you've reached the town, take the D119 to Les Arcs. When you reach Arc 1800, follow signs to the Maeva "Hotel du Golf" towards Village du Charvet. |
