The recently refurbished Comfort Hotel Windsor is housed in a red-brick building dating back to 1898, located in the center of Odense, 500 meters from the well-preserved cobbled streets and small half timbered houses of Andersen Quarter. The 62 rooms all have newly decorated bathrooms and feature antique-style wooden furniture. All rooms are equipped with wireless Internet access, cable television, refrigerators and minibars.
Breakfast is served each morning in the hotel restaurant, also open for dinner serving a range of international and regional dishes. After an evening stroll, guests can enjoy a drink at the hotel bar. The hotel also offers an array of amenities including a dry cleaning service and currency exchange. Visitors wishing to explore the town will find the Hans Christian Andersen House located 500 meters from the hotel, where the world famous fairytale writer was born. From Kastrup Airport in Copenhagen:
From the airport towards the highway, take the departure 17 and the highway E20. Then take the departure 51 in Odense. Dalumvej right to Faaborgvej. Continue straight out to Faaborgvej-Sdr. Boulevard. Turn left to Kirkegards Alle, then turn right to Ansgargade. Continue straight out to Vindegade. You will then reach the Comfort Hotel Windsor. |
