The Boat-Hotel De Barge is a bright blue converted barge with a marine-themed interior, located 500 meters from the historical center of old Bruges. The 23 cabins feature blue and white marine colors and dark wood furnishings. All have work desks with free wireless Internet access, cable television, radios and multi-line phones.
Fresh seafood and international dishes are served in the nautical surroundings of The Captain's Table restaurant, which features dark wood paneling and light wood furniture. There is also the option of dining on a garden terrace during the summer months. Guests can relax in the lobby area, watching television or browsing the complimentary morning newspapers. The railway station can be found on the basement level, below the terminal building. Airport City Express trains to the city depart approximately every 10-30 minutes to Brussels' three main stations. Metered taxis are available outside the arrivals hall; licensed cabs have a yellow and blue emblem. De Lijn buses run also every 45 minutes to the city. |
