Overlooking the Bay of Tunis, the Maison Blanche is an imposing white six-floor building set among palm trees, three kilometres from the old town, Medina. The 48 air- conditioned guestrooms are individually designed and all have canopied four-poster beds and writing desks. Guestrooms also include satellite television, minibars, safes, Internet connections, direct-dial phones and bathrooms with toiletries, telephones, bathrobes, slippers and hair dryers.
The hotel's two restaurants, Brasserie 45 and the VIP restaurant, are open for lunch and dinner, with breakfast served at Brasserie 45. Both have contemporary decor and serve a variety of dishes including French and Tunisian specialities. Alternatively, room service is available round the clock. Driving directions: From the airport head in the direction of La Marsa. At the crossing, turn right and head downtown. Go towards Kherredine Pacha avenue till Mohammed V avenue. The hotel is on the left. |
