The Sheraton Montazah is a tower block hotel built in modern style 1982 overlooking the Mediterranean Sea in the historic port town of Alexandria. The 289 guestrooms over 15 floors have modern decor and furnishings with an Egyptian flavour and sliding glass doors leading to balconies. All are equipped with satellite television with premium channels and Internet, direct-dial phones and high speed Internet connections. Other amenities include coffee/tea makers, minibars, and air conditioning.
The hotel features a tennis court, an out door pool with a pool side bar and fitness equipment. A hairdresser and beauty services are available for use by guests. The Love Boat Bar offers exotic cocktails and light meals served by the pool while the Café Trottoir serves light snacks, pastries and drinks; both are open in the summer only. The spectacular Montazah Palace Gardens and Parks are one kilometre from the hotel and the Royal Jewellery Museum is seven kilometres away. El Nozha Airport is 15 kilometres from the hotel.
